1)The drainage piece eliminating system: adopt the Mitsubishi programmable logic controller(PLC) to control the packing process, if it occurs grain missing layout caused by too big difference in size of the lack of packing material, the system will automatically screen and accompanied by alarming so as to avoid the products of grain missing come into the market.
2) Rolling printing system of batch number: this system has two ways of rolling printing: 1.use imported solid ink wheel to rolling print the “production date, batch number, period of validity,” etc to the desired print location 2.Direct rolling printing without ink wheel. It has features of rolling printing location adjustable, clear and reduce the machine noise, etc.
3) Graphic version check system: according to the customer requirements, we use the cursor tracking system to complete version check automatically.
4) Touch screen: the escalation of the ways to key control, it’s interface is friendly and functional.
